Karen Daley, MA, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

We can lose our way from time to time. Things happen out of the blue, and suddenly, we find ourselves at our limit. We may experience heart break and loss that knows no bounds. We may find ourselves struggling to make decisions that previously seemed easier. We may lose the sense of the larger picture, and our place in it. Perhaps, even experience a loss of identity; and in the age of a Pandemic, this is amplified further.

It is our response that matters. It is knowing how to dig into our resilience. It is remembering that we are so much more than our trauma or current circumstances/experiences. I would be honored to work with you through these unprecedented times, and beyond!
