Former group members have said they gained the necessary confidence to continue further on their path to certification.
1:1 Equity Consultation
I offer consultation to White Leaders in Education, Medicine, Psychotherapy and beyond, who are committed to advancing equity, are pro-actively wanting to deepen their understsanding of race, power and identity, who want to work with the Global Majority with greater humiity trust and acountability.
Leadership Curriculum & Equity-Centered Consultation
I co-developed and co-facilitated a five-day national leadership training for Program Managers within AmeriCorps, supporting leaders from across the country.
The training integrated embodied currciulum design rooted in equity, cultural responsiveness, and reltional accountability, equipping the emerging leaders to show up skillfully for racially diverse teams.
At the heart of the training was this question:
How do leaders show up in ways that foster equity, trust, and cohesion across difference?
Participants deepened their capacity to:
Lead diverse teams with integrity and emotional intelligence
Recognize how identity and social location shape leadership dynamics
Respond — rather than react — in high-stress environments
Build cultures of accountability and belonging
Today, I continue to design consultation that supports therapists and thought leaders in showing up with presence, equity awareness, and nervous system steadiness — especially within public and community-serving systems navigating collective stress and geopolitical strain.
